Jeff Chao

Jeff Chao is a seasoned finance and business development professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently, Jeff serves as a Strategic Advisor at Toei Animation Inc. and as a Member of the Advisory Board at LOHAS Advisors, both since March 2023. Jeff is also the Managing Partner at Kirin Media, contributing to investment initiatives in Hollywood feature films. Previous roles include Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Digital Domain, where Jeff led significant fundraising campaigns, and Senior Director of Finance at Participant Media, overseeing a $250M film fund. With additional experience as Director of Finance and Operations at Immortal Studios and CFO at The Plan C Group, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic relationship development, and project funding across various media platforms. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science with a focus on Econometrics from UC San Diego.
