Adam van Essen

Adam Van Essen is an experienced professional with a progressive career in the medical and engineering fields. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for U.S. Medical Compression Alliance since August 2024, Adam has held the position of R&D Manager at Lohmann & Rauscher since March 2018. As the Founder, Designer, and Maker of Crave Craft since March 2017, Adam has demonstrated entrepreneurial capabilities. Prior experience includes roles at Enthermics Medical Systems, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and project engineering, alongside positions at Michigan Technological University and Kimberly-Clark. Adam holds a Master of Science in New Product Management, along with several certifications in project management and knowledge management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, as well as dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
