Dr. Claas Roes has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Dr. Claas started their career in 2011 as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter/ Doktorand at Forschungszentrum Jülich, where they worked until January 2015. In October 2015, they briefly worked as a Projektmanagement / Firmenberatung at Inbatec GmbH. From March 2016 to September 2017, they served as a Junior Manager Medical & Regulatory Affairs at Lohmann & Rauscher. Dr. Claas then transitioned to the role of Scientific Support Manager at the same company until March 2022. Currently, since April 2022, they hold the position of Head of Global Scientific Support at Lohmann & Rauscher.

Dr. Claas Roes completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

1. From 2006 to 2011, they attended the University of Düsseldorf and obtained a degree in Dipl.-Biol. in the field of general Biology.

2. In the following year, they attended the Deutsches Diabetes Zentrum Düsseldorf and earned a Dipl.-Biol. degree in general Biology from there as well.

3. Starting from 2010 and ending in 2011, they pursued their studies in Biophysik at the Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH, leading to the completion of their Dr. rer. nat. degree.

4. Dr. Claas further extended their educational qualifications by pursuing a certification in Projektmanagement from the mibeg-Institut Wirtschaft und Recht in 2015.

Dr. Roes also holds additional certifications, including:

1. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Medizinprodukteberater (§ 31 MPG) from Lohmann & Rauscher.

2. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Projekt- und Prozessmanagement from the mibeg-Institut Wirtschaft und Recht.

3. Dr. Claas also received a certification as a ZERTIFIZIERTER PROJEKTMANAGEMENT-FACHMANN (GPM) from the GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement in 2015.

4. In 2014, they completed a Projektleiterkurs nach § 15 Abs. 2 S. 1 Nr. 3 GenTSV course at Bezirksregierung Düsseldorf.

Additionally, Dr. Roes completed a Kinetics and Affinity Analyses with Biacore, Level 1 course at GE Healthcare, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
