Nityanand Kumar

Nityanand Kumar is an experienced chef with a distinguished career in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Executive Chef for both Lohono Stays and Isprava since October 2023. Prior to these positions, Nityanand held the Executive Chef role at Baywatch Resort Goa from December 2021 to November 2023, and at The Fern Hotels & Resorts from April 2021 to December 2021. Previous experience includes executive chef roles at Verda Carmona Beach Resort and Bogmallo Beach Resort - Goa, along with significant contributions as Executive Sous Chef at Kenilworth Hotels & Resorts and Royal Goan Beach Club. Nityanand's culinary journey began after earning a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Goa, from 2000 to 2003.
