Danilo Fernandes has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Danilo is currently the Chief of Growth at Loja Integrada, a position they have held since October 2022. Previously, they founded and served as CEO of ZOLY until it was acquired by Mutant in 2020. Under their leadership, ZOLY generated over R$1 billion in GMV for its clients. Before ZOLY, they were the Founder and CEO of GPMídia, a performance and growth-focused company that merged with ZOLY. Prior to that, they founded Promop, a price monitoring software company, which was acquired by Locaweb. Danilo also held leadership roles at iProspect and MídiaClick Marketing de Performance. Danilo started their career as a Business Manager at EB Consultoria.

Danilo Fernandes has a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Danilo then pursued a Post Graduation degree in Competitive Intelligence from FIA Business School, completing it from 2011 to 2012. In 2017, Danilo attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa where they focused on Reestruturação de Empresas (Turnaround). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Conselheiro de Administração from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa in 2022, Executive Program from SingularityU Brazil in 2021, and Advisory Board from HSM in 2021.
