Lucas Mello Luiz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lucas started their career as an Assistant Account Manager at Grupo Eugenio, where they worked from July 2009 to March 2010. Lucas then moved on to One Digital, initially working as an Account Assistant from March 2010 to March 2011, before being promoted to Account Supervisor from March 2011 to August 2011. Lucas then joined Sabbre'//Agência as an Account Executive, where they managed digital marketing and advertising projects from August 2011 to August 2012. Subsequently, they worked at Garage Interactive Marketing as a Project Manager, focusing on digital marketing and advertising for clients such as Grupo Pão de Açúcar and L'Oréal Professionnel, from August 2012 to February 2013. In March 2013, Lucas briefly worked at Intrax, taking business English classes to enhance their skills. Lucas then joined Grupo TV1 as a Customer and Project Manager, overseeing the digital repositioning of clients such as Nestlé, Localiza, Carrefour, and Cyrela from June 2013 to June 2018. Most recently, Lucas has taken on the role of Head of Growth and Marketing at Loja Integrada, starting in January 2023.

Lucas Mello Luiz earned a degree in Publicidade e Propaganda from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo in 2009, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
