Alexandre Rosa

Alexandre Rosa is an experienced maintenance supervisor currently working at Lojas Renner S.A. since September 2022, responsible for labor management, safety activities, team training, spare parts management, and preventive and corrective maintenance. Prior experience includes a leadership role at Toyota do Brasil from September 2010 to August 2021, where Alexandre oversaw workforce management, activity scheduling, inventory control, and the implementation of maintenance training programs, as well as a technical role involving the maintenance of various industrial equipment. Alexandre holds a postgraduate degree in Management of People and Business from Escola Conquer and a degree in Industrial Automation from the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo.
