Bruna Regnier

Bruna Regnier is a skilled Service Designer with a diverse background in design and marketing. Currently working at Compass UOL since July 2023, Bruna is part of the Excelência Operacional tribe at Lojas Renner, focusing on identifying root causes of challenges and improving service journey processes. Previous experience includes roles as a Service Designer at Tembici and Unimed Volta Redonda, where Bruna contributed to enhancing customer experiences. Additionally, Bruna held a position as a Marketing Analyst and gained early experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Tule Design. Bruna is also a co-owner of Mambembe Rio, exemplifying entrepreneurial spirit. Bruna holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Centro Universitário de Volta Redonda - UniFOA and attended the School of Visual Arts.
