Daniel Martins dos Santos. Elected Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Investor Relations Officer of the Company on January 20, 2022, for a term of office beginning January 24, 2022. He has more than 20 years’ experience in finance at Unilever, driving performance and value transformation in connection with various business processes (Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain) in Brazil, Spain and Switzerland. He served as Financial Vice President at Unilever Switzerland, as CFO at Unilever Spain, as Customer Development (Sales) and Food Products Financial Officer at Unilever Brazil. He is a Bachelor of Business Administration, University of São Paulo (1996), with an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan – Ross Business School (2004), and a degree from the Board Members course of IBGC SP (2021).
