Vanessa Arnold

Vanessa Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, currently serving as Líder de projetos at Lojas Renner S.A. since September 2021. In this role, Vanessa manages daily product operations, captures and evaluates ideas and opportunities for product roadmaps, and oversees backlog management and product analysis. Vanessa collaborates closely with product teams, facilitates co-creation, and continuously seeks improvements based on user feedback. Additionally, Vanessa co-leads product strategy and is responsible for market analysis to anticipate trends affecting product performance. Prior to this, Vanessa worked as an Analista de sistema at CWI Software from January 2015 to July 2017.
