Nguyen Bui

Nguyen Bui has over 10 years of experience in software engineering and IT. In 2021, they began working as a Ruby Software Engineer for UC Irvine. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer for Lojistic from 2019-2021. From 2017-2019, they were the Director of Engineering for Ikon GPS. From 2012-2017, they worked as the Chief Technical Officer at Skypatrol LLC, where they provided leadership across all relevant technical areas and managed engineering, QA and the Agile office. From 2009-2012, they were a Sr Software Engineer at Spireon, Inc. (Formerly Trackn Inc.), where they built and maintained GPS Tracking Web Applications and Reports Engines. From 2008-2009, they worked as a Web Developer for Integralnet Marketing, and from 2007-2008 they worked as a Web Developer for AffNet.com. Nguyen also worked as a Programmer for Pyramind Consulting Viet Nam from 2007-2008. From 2001-2007, they were a Lecturer and Network Administrator at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, where they taught Fundamental Networking, Java Programming Language, Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite Courses, Web Development, and was a member of the University Network Administrator.

Nguyen Bui completed a Bachelor of Information Technology - Software Engineering from Dai hoc Quôc Gia Tp. Hô Chí Minh in 2001, followed by a Master of Software Engineering from the University of South Australia in 2007.
