Joana MacHado

Joana Machado has a diverse background in human resources and customer service, currently serving as an HR Administrative at Loka, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joana worked as a Roster Planning Controller at MESA - Aircraft Maintenance from June 2019 to September 2021, and as a Customer Service Representative at Omni Handling, specifically at Lisbon Airport, from March 2016 to May 2019. Joana also gained experience as a Sales & Marketing Trainee at Inspira Santa Marta Hotel in April to July 2014. Joana holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Management from Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, completed in 2014.
