Jovana Ananievska

Jovana Ananievska has a diverse work experience in project and program management. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Project Management Intern at the European Parliament. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Project Manager at the LGBTI Center for support, a branch of the Helsinki Committee for human rights. In 2015, they joined the HERA - Health Education and Research Association as a Senior Program Manager, where they stayed until 2019. At Web Factory, they held two roles simultaneously, starting as an IT Project Manager in 2019 and transitioning to the Head of People Operations in 2020 until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Project Manager at Loka, starting in September 2022. Jovana has developed a strong background in project management and has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Jovana Ananievska's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódi' vo Skopje, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Jovana then pursued further education and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International and European Law from both Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Université de Rouen, with the former being from 2009 to 2010 and the latter from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Jovana Ananievska has obtained two certifications: PSM I - Professional Scrum Master and PSPO I - Professional Scrum Product Owner, both from Scrum.org in March 2022.
