Sushma Madduru

Sushma Madduru has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Sushma is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Lokal since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Lead HR at VLCC from June 2017 to May 2019. Sushma also served as the Head HR at Anoos Electrolysis and Obesity Pvt Ltd from March 2013 to May 2017. Before that, they worked as an HR Consultant at Outsourcing services from April 2011 to January 2013. Sushma has also held positions as Sr. Executive- HR at Actel Corporation from June 2010 to March 2011, and as an HR professional at Quislex from November 2007 to June 2010. Sushma started their career in HR at Monster.com in October 2006 and later worked at Datamatics India as an HR professional from 2005 to 2006.

Sushma Madduru has completed an M.B.A in HR from Andhra University. Additionally, they have also attained a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
