Eleonora Ferrero

Eleonora Ferrero currently serves as Lead Manager of Business Operations at Lokalise, following a trajectory of extensive experience in business operations and coaching. Since July 2020, Eleonora has also been a Lecturer and Executive Coach at ESCP Business School, teaching Digital Transformation and Open Innovation. With a strong background in coaching MBA and EMBA students at Hult International Business School, Eleonora has focused on Scenario Planning, Managerial Economics, and New Technologies. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Evolution AI, where the firm achieved recognition in data extraction innovation, and Director of European Operations at Mind the Bridge, where Eleonora launched the UK office and oversaw strategic expansion. A seasoned consultant, Eleonora has also worked with EFCO and Mète, specializing in strategy and change management, alongside earlier roles at WTC Genoa and Deloitte. Eleonora holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and has further qualifications in executive coaching.
