Laura McGrath

Laura McGrath has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2014. Laura began their career at Unilever as a Talent Specialist in 2014, then moved to Instru Optiikka Oy as an HR Manager in 2015. In 2016, they were appointed Head of HR at LeadDesk. Most recently, in 2018, Laura co-founded and became the CEO of Lola&Lykke, a company created to address the ongoing maternal health crisis. The company provides evidence-based solutions combining smart products and connected devices with data analytics to increase access to care and provide personalized care to mums.

Laura McGrath attended Trinity College Dublin from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Philosophy with Honours in Social Sciences. Prior to that, they attended the University of East Anglia from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Modern Languages.
