Mila Aldrin

Mila Aldrin has a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce. Mila currently holds the role of Vice President of Digital Marketing at LolaVie, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, Mila served as the Vice President of Digital at Pacha Soap Co. from August 2020 to November 2021.

Mila'sprevious experience includes being the Director of e-Commerce at Moon Juice from December 2017 to February 2020, where they successfully implemented a digital growth strategy that resulted in a significant increase in net revenue and orders. Mila also held the position of Director of e-Commerce at Hourglass Cosmetics from August 2015 to December 2017, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a site redesign and platform upgrade.

Before their roles at Moon Juice and Hourglass Cosmetics, Mila worked at Onestop Internet from February 2015 to August 2015 as an Account Director, e-Commerce & Revenue Operations. During their time at Onestop Internet, they managed e-commerce operations for multiple fashion and apparel brands and implemented revenue-optimizing decisions based on data analysis. Mila also held various managerial positions within the e-commerce department at Onestop Internet.

Mila's career began in 2008 as a Company Administrator at Virtual-E Corporation, where they worked until May 2010.

Additionally, Mila has certifications in Google Advertising Fundamentals and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification Certificate, which they obtained in 2013. Mila also has a certification in Google Analytics Platform Principals.
