Shandon Cardosa

Shandon Cardosa is a seasoned UX design professional currently serving as Senior UX Design Manager at Loloi Rugs since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at MillerKnoll, where Shandon advanced from Digital Product Designer to Senior Digital Product Designer between January 2021 and June 2023, contributing to the creation of the first digital design system for millerknoll.com and supporting the launch of Herman Miller's e-commerce website. Previous positions also include Web Designer at Kmotion Design Inc., Experience Manager and Designer + Developer at SDI Clarity, and Video Intern at Kendall College of Art and Design. Shandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media: Interactive from Kendall College of Art and Design, earned in 2017.
