Janet Castricum

Janet Castricum has extensive experience in leadership and executive development, currently serving as an Advisor for Executive Development Programs at LOMA since January 2019 and previously holding the position of Director of Executive Development at LIMRA and LOMA. Prior to this, Janet worked as Principal at JMC Consulting Services, focusing on organizational development in leadership and strategic thinking. Other notable roles include Adjunct Faculty at Wharton Executive Education, Principal at Decision Strategies International, Vice President at CAST Management Consultants and Right Management Consultants, and Director at LIMRA International. Janet holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Smith College.
