Lorien Beishline

Lorien Beishline currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Talent, Culture, and Human Resources and Executive Director of Benefits and Wellness at Bucknell University, where responsibilities include leading total rewards programs and overseeing strategic recruitment and retention initiatives. Prior to this, Lorien held the position of Associate Vice President of Community Medicine at Geisinger, managing a large primary care operation and driving business strategy across multiple locations. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager for Community Medicine and Director of Physician Practices at Community Health Systems, where contributions included significant fiscal management and operational leadership. Lorien holds an MBA with a specialization in Change Management from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
