Alberto Caccia has over 15 years of experience in project and construction management, engineering, and real estate. Alberto currently holds the position of Head of Project & Construction Management at Lombardini22, a role they have been in since 2015. In 2016, they also became the Director of CAP DC Italia, where they oversee engineering and construction services for the Data Center and Mission Critical market. Prior to these roles, Alberto worked as the Engineering Director at HCM S.r.l, where they were responsible for the start-up and management of the Engineering Office. Alberto has also held positions as a Project Manager at Polis Engineering srl and as an Assistant Building Manager at Pirelli Real Estate. Alberto has further contributed to the industry as a Workshop Lecturer at Politecnico di Milano.

Alberto Caccia completed their education at various institutions. In 2003, they attended Politecnico di Milano and obtained a Master's degree in Facility Management. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2003, they pursued Building Engineering at the same institution and earned a Laurea degree.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Alberto Caccia has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the DCFC - Data Centre Foundation Course at EPI Academy. In 2019, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2013, they completed the Health and Safety Executive for Construction (Italian Dlgs 81/08) course at AFOR. Alberto is also a member of the Italian Order of Engineers, which they obtained in 2005.

Furthermore, Alberto Caccia has shown continued interest in expanding their knowledge and skills. In 2015, they enrolled in a Gamification course at the Wharton School, offered by the University of Pennsylvania on Coursera.
