Rebecca Ingrahm

Rebecca Ingrahm, MBA, currently serves as the Dean of Student Engagement at Lompoc Unified School District, a position held since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing student behavior through PBIS and supporting staff and families. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Teacher Support Provider, assisting new teachers to enhance retention within the district, and as an Instructor in the Professional Business Systems Department at Laurus College. In addition to educational roles, Rebecca owns a freelance marketing and copywriting business, Ingrahm Marketing, established in January 2015. Earlier professional experiences include positions as Executive Assistant to the President at Prince Lionheart, File Clerk at Pagano & Kass, APC, and Assistant Manager/Barista at The Espresso Pad. Rebecca holds an MBA in Marketing from American Public University and a Bachelor of Arts in English: Career Writing from San Jose State University.
