Cynthia Davis

Cynthia Davis is an experienced professional in social care and commissioning, currently serving as the Head of Adult Social Care Innovation at the London Borough of Camden since February 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Assistant Director for Joint Commissioning at LB Southwark & Southwark ICB, where strategic leadership was provided for joint commissioning programs between the two entities from April 2021 to January 2023. From October 2017 to March 2021, Cynthia was the Assistant Director of Commissioning for Children, Adults & Families at the London Borough of Southwark, overseeing commissioning and program management across various sectors. Cynthia's earlier roles include Head of Commissioning and Commissioning Manager for Disabilities with the London Borough of Hackney, as well as Joint Commissioning Manager for Disabilities between 2006 and 2012. Cynthia's career began at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea as Partnerships Development Manager from 1996 to 2006. Cynthia holds an MSc in Social Science (Policy) from the University of North London.
