Gillian Marston

Gillian Marston is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in local government and consultancy, currently serving as Executive Director - Supporting Communities at the London Borough of Camden since August 2019. Previously, Gillian held the position of Director of Environment at Ealing Council, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and establishing a local authority trading company for environmental services. Additional roles include Deputy Chief Executive at Lewes District Council and Head of City Infrastructure at Brighton & Hove City Council, managing substantial budgets and leading service transformations. Gillian has also contributed to charitable organizations focused on supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Aberystwyth University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Open University, and a Diploma in Management Studies from Henley Business School.
