Hannah Brooke

Hannah Brooke is an experienced professional currently serving as a Strategy Delivery Manager at the London Borough of Camden since February 2024. Previously, Hannah held the position of Head of Partnerships and served as the Transitions Sector Engagement Manager at Renaisi from January 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Relationship Manager and Campaign Manager - Resilience at Business in the Community from March 2018 to January 2021, as well as Project Manager - Operations and Development at RBS in 2011.
