Jo Brown

Jo Brown is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR and OD at the London Borough of Camden since December 2014. Prior to this role, Jo held the position of Head of Workforce Strategy at Hertfordshire County Council from 2005 to November 2014, leading HR strategy development and successfully managing significant initiatives, including the establishment of two companies with a combined turnover of £44 million and a comprehensive terms and conditions review saving £9.4 million annually for 24,000 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and a Bachelor's degree in German and Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
