Jon Rowney

Jon Rowney is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in local government finance and policy development. Currently serving as Trustee and Treasurer at Refuge since July 2021, Jon also holds the position of Executive Director of Corporate Services and previously Director of Finance at the London Borough of Camden since June 2015. Prior roles include Strategic Lead for Finance, Performance & Procurement at London Councils and various finance positions at Hammersmith & Fulham Council, where Jon advanced to Head of Fair Funding, Performance & Procurement. Jon Rowney holds a Professional Accountancy Qualification (CPFA) from CIPFA Education & Training College and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and French from Loughborough University.
