Director Of Public Health And Integrated Children’s Commissioning at London Borough of Camden

Kirsten Watters FFPH serves as the Director of Public Health and Integrated Children’s Commissioning for the London Borough of Camden since June 2021. Previously, Kirsten held the position of Chair of the London Association of Directors of Public Health Children and Young People's Network at the Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH) for London from November 2017 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Deputy Director of Public Health and Consultant in Public Health at Southwark Council from August 2015 to June 2021, and as a Public Health Specialist and Acting Consultant at the Greater London Authority from January 2014 to August 2015. Kirsten began involvement in public health as a Specialty Registrar at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and NHS from March 2012 to December 2013, and also served as a Specialty Registrar at Public Health England in 2009. Educational qualifications include being a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health and studies at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of Oxford, and University of Bristol.
