Richard Olszewski

Richard Olszewski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, policy, and communications. Currently serving as a non-executive board member at the London Pensions Fund Authority and as a non-executive director/trustee at Electrical Safety First, Richard provides strategic oversight and accountability in both roles. As a Councillor and Cabinet member for finance and transformation at the London Borough of Camden, Richard manages a £1 billion annual budget and leads initiatives in service transformation and digital technology. Richard is the owner of The Altitude Consultancy, providing high-level advice on public policy and communication strategies, and has held various influential positions including Director at Jefferson Communications and Special Adviser to Rt Hon John Reid MP. Richard's educational background includes a BSc (Econ) in Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
