Shiva Tiwari

Shiva Tiwari is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Peak Rock Capital since 2025, Shiva oversees investments in middle-market companies across North America and Western Europe for a firm with approximately $7 billion in assets under management. Previous roles include Managing Director at Mayfair Equity Partners LLP from 2018 to 2025, and Investment Professional at Inflexion Private Equity from 2016 to 2018. Early in the career, Shiva worked as a Tech M&A Investment Banker at Credit Suisse from 2012 to 2015, and as a Private Equity M&A Lawyer at Clifford Chance from 2007 to 2010. Shiva holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from Nottingham Law School, and a degree in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
