Tracy Chamberlain has extensive experience in customer service and operations management within local government. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at the London Borough of Camden since January 2020, Tracy leads management teams to enhance customer service excellence and streamline operations. Previously, at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Tracy held the role of Head of Grenfell Enabling Services, developing support systems in response to the Grenfell tragedy, and also served as Head of Customer Operations, overseeing significant aspects of customer service functions.
