Emma Winch

Emma Winch is currently the Engagement & Development Manager for Culture, Libraries & Heritage at the London Borough of Hackney. With previous experience in various consultation and engagement roles within the council, Hackney Museum & Archives, and Black Cultural Archives, Emma has a strong background in leading community-focused projects and strategies. Emma is also the Festival Co-Founder of ANTIUNIVERSITY NOW! FESTIVAL. Emma's educational background includes a Master's degree in Gallery Studies from the University of Essex and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama & Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London.
