Kieran Read

Kieran Read currently serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy & Transformation at the London Borough of Hackney, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kieran was the Strategic Director for Strategy & Change (Interim) at Ealing Council from July 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading initiatives in strategy, business planning, policy, performance, communications, and resident engagement, among others. Before that, Kieran held the role of Director of Strategy & Engagement at the London Borough of Newham and served as Head of Public Policy & Research. Kieran's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Birkbeck, University of London, and a degree in Politics from The University of Manchester.
