Matt Payne

Matt Payne serves as a Design & Conservation Officer for the London Borough of Hackney, a position held since March 2005. Over the years, Matt has advanced to roles including Conservation, Urban Design & Sustainability Deputy Team Manager and Senior Design & Conservation Officer. Matt possesses a Master's degree in Urban Design from London South Bank University, which was completed between 2013 and 2015.
