Tracy Spallin

Tracy Spallin has over 40 years of experience in facilities management across various roles within the London Borough of Hackney and Hackney Learning Trust. Currently serving as the Corporate Facilities Operations and Contracts Manager since August 2012, Tracy oversees daily operations at two prominent heritage sites and five council buildings while coordinating with multiple contractors for security, cleaning, catering, fire safety, and anti-terror measures. Prior to this, Tracy was the Facilities Manager at Hackney Learning Trust and managed the day-to-day operations at an education services site, including the access control system. Earlier roles include Project/Facilities Officer and Payroll Clerk at the London Borough of Hackney, where responsibilities encompassed processing payroll for over 500 staff. Tracy is a graduate of Haggerston Girls School, completing education in 1981.
