John Dore

John Dore is an accomplished author, keynote speaker, and leadership facilitator currently serving as Programme Director at Wave Your Arms Ltd since July 2014. In addition, John directs The Senior Executive Programme at London Business School. Previously, John held prominent positions, including Global Head of Marketing & Communications at HSBC Private Bank and Change Programme Director at Barclays. Earlier career experiences include roles in human resources and graduate recruitment at notable firms such as Herbert Smith, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen & Co. John holds a BA in English from the University of Hull and has furthered education at London Business School.
