Lisa Clare has an extensive background in HR systems and data analytics, with experience working in various roles across different companies such as London Business School, PwC UK, and RSM UK. In their current role as the Head of HRIS & Data Analytics at London Business School, Lisa collaborates with different teams to develop HRIS strategies and lead implementation initiatives. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a People Technologies Transition and Transformation Senior Manager at PwC UK, where Lisa led transformation projects and system implementations. Lisa also has experience as a National Technology Business Partner at RSM UK, where Lisa provided support and guidance in key technology initiatives. Lisa started their career as an HR Administrator at CR Bard.
