Paulo Barcenas

Paulo Barcenas currently serves as a Pre Sales Co-ordinator for Executive Education at London Business School, providing high-quality service to prospective and current stakeholders since July 2023. Previously, Paulo worked at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as a Commercial Support Representative, managing service level agreements for the sales team from February 2021 to August 2023. Earlier roles include a Customer Care Agent for Vodafone at Webhelp Enterprise, a Program Sales and Service Advisor at ERUDITUS Executive Education, and an Enrollment Coordinator at Hult International Business School. Paulo's experience also encompasses telesales and customer care roles at Alifca LLC and Bronze Wing Trading L.L.C., as well as English Operations at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO. Paulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of the Philippines.
