William Cumming

William Cumming has more than 18 years of experience in IT service and operations. William is currently working as the Head of IT Service & Operations at London City Airport since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Littlefish (UK) Ltd from April 2021 to March 2022. William also gained extensive experience as a Service Delivery Manager at SITA from November 2003 to September 2020.
