Natalie Curtis

Natalie Curtis is an accomplished director and leader in sports management, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Head of Academy at LondonCityLionesses since July 2023. With extensive experience in various roles, including Equality and Safeguarding Board Champion for Kent Sport and Physical Activity Service and Head of Sports Coaching and Development at Sports Connect, Natalie has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering equality and safeguarding in sports. Previous positions include Project Delivery Manager at Eighth Wonder, where Natalia spearheaded a pioneering young female leadership programme, and Football Development Officer at Kent FA, where initiatives to increase female participation in football were implemented. Natalie's background also includes a decade as Technical Director at Gillingham Football Club, focusing on staff development and programme management. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from Canterbury Christ Church University.
