Thomas C.

Thomas C. is a dedicated sport scientist currently employed at London City Lionesses since July 2025. Prior experience includes a PhD Sport Science Placement at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and a role as a PhD student at Nike's Sport Research Lab from August 2022 to July 2025. Thomas also held various positions at Notts County Football Club, including Lead Academy Fitness Coach, Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach, and First Team Strength & Conditioning/Sports Science Intern from June 2020 to September 2022. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Sport Science from the University of Birmingham (2022-Present), a Master of Science in Physiology and Nutrition of Sport and Exercise from Loughborough University (2021-2022), and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Sports and Exercise Science from Nottingham Trent University (2018-2021).
