Lucy Donaldson began working as a Junior Designer and Graduate Designer in freelance roles before joining Westco Communications in November 2014. Over their seven years there, Lucy served as a Designer and Brand Guardian, leading on various design projects. In June - August 2017, Lucy had a six-week secondment to the Grenfell Response team, where Lucy worked as the Lead Designer. Currently, Lucy serves as the Creative Director and Senior Designer at London Communications Agency, where Lucy leads on visual identity and large-scale design projects for clients like West End LIVE 2022 and Argent’s consultation on ’Transforming St Pancras Hospital’. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications from the University of Reading.
