Jack Ostrofsky

Jack Ostrofsky serves as the Retrofit London Programme Director at London Councils since November 2023. Previously, Jack held the position of Director of Technical Consultancy Services at ARK Consultancy Ltd, providing strategic leadership in design, sustainability, building safety, and asset management. At Southern Housing Group, Jack was the Head of Sustainability & Design, focusing on ESG reporting and decarbonisation efforts, and established a leading Design and Technical team. Prior experience includes roles at Peabody, Genesis Housing Association, Home Group, and Nice Group, with responsibilities ranging from project management and quality assurance to fire safety and technical management. Jack earned a Master of Science in Building Surveying from London South Bank University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from SUNY Oneonta.
