Roy Stanley

Roy Stanley has a robust background in information and communications technology, currently serving as the Head of ICT & Business Services at London Councils since June 2013. Previous roles include ICT Service Delivery Manager at London Borough of Hackney and ICT Manager (Client & Transformation) at Hackney Homes. Roy's extensive experience also encompasses positions as ICT Technical & Contracts Manager and Housing Technical Consultant at London Borough of Camden, alongside roles as Network Technician and IT Technician at London Borough of Southwark. Roy began a career in the field as a Clerical Officer at English Heritage. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool and an HND in Systems Analysis & Design from South East London Technical College, complemented by foundational studies at Deptford Green School.
