Andy Holdsworth

Andy Holdsworth is an experienced strategist and project leader with a strong background in property management and estate transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Consultant and Project Lead at the London Fire Brigade since November 2022, Andy is responsible for the development of a new headquarters. Previous roles include Head of Group Property at the Department for Transport (DfT) and Property Director for the Prison Estate Transformation at the Ministry of Justice UK, where Andy oversaw site acquisitions and major property disposals. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Strategy and Estate Management at the Ministry of Justice and holding key positions at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Valuation Office Agency. Andy Holdsworth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Land Administration from the University of Portsmouth.
