Emma McGowan

Emma McGowan (Culbert) currently serves as the Strategic Manager for Psychological and Workplace Wellbeing at London Fire Brigade, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Emma worked at Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service from May 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included Wellbeing & Occupational Health Manager and Wellbeing Lead, along with roles as Associate Partner and Associate. Emma's experience also includes serving as a Mental Health Worker at Threshold from September 2015 to May 2017 and as a Community Mental Health Support Worker at Creative Support from June 2012 to September 2015. Emma McGowan (Culbert) completed education at Ridge Danyers College from 2000 to 2002.
