Will Goodwin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and operations within the property maintenance and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at London Fire Solutions since June 2025, Will previously held roles including Head of Operations and Head of Breyer Repair at Breyer Group, and Business Development Director at Trail Group Limited. Additional experience includes leading business development efforts at Plumis, Polyteck Group, and Kier Group, where focus on service delivery and strategic asset management in social housing was emphasized.
