Emma Vigil

Emma Vigil, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in quality management, risk assessment, and program development. Currently serving as a Performance Consultant at London Health Sciences Centre since June 2024, Emma also operates their own consulting firm, Emma Vigil Consulting, which focuses on providing research-based recommendations and content development. Prior roles include Quality Manager and Specialist in Quality and Risk at Circle of Care, and Resident Services Coordinator at Amica Senior Lifestyles, where Emma led teams and improved care quality. Emma's expertise originates from foundational positions at Parents For Community Living KW Inc. and Family Services Perth Huron, coupled with advanced education in public health and health science from the University of Alberta and Wilfrid Laurier University, respectively.
