Katie-Louise Robinson

Katie-Louise Robinson is a Product Manager/Product Owner at the London Internet Exchange (LINX) since April 2023, responsible for the strategy and execution of member-facing software products. Prior to LINX, Katie-Louise held various roles at Meta, including Technical Recruiter and Technical Sourcer, where the focus was on hiring for senior and leadership positions in core engineering and machine learning across EMEA. At Spotify, Katie-Louise served as a Senior Technical Sourcer and Global Sourcing Council Lead, specializing in recruitment for senior backend engineering roles and collaborating with leadership teams to build robust candidate pipelines. Earlier experience includes positions at Elements Talent Consultancy and Opus Recruitment Solutions, as well as a role as an Au Pair at InterExchange. Katie-Louise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
