Stephen Jeffery

Stephen Jeffery MBA FRSA MIoD currently serves as a member of the Bank of England's Decision Maker Panel, contributing sector intelligence since May 2023. As Chief Executive Officer of the London Learning Consortium since 2005, Stephen was instrumental in its establishment and has overseen its growth and development. Stephen holds advisory and board roles with several organizations, including the Mayor's Construction Skills Advisory Board and AELP London. Past leadership positions include Chair of the Board of Directors for Dv8 Sussex and co-founding partner at 3SC. Stephen has also held various trustee roles, focusing on leadership and management within educational and training initiatives. An MBA graduate from the University of Brighton, Stephen has been an active member of professional organizations such as the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and the Institute of Directors.
